Ingredients

Glucose syrup, sugar, water, gelling agent (pectin), maltodextrin, acidifier (citric acid), flavouring (blackberry flavour), acidity regulator (sodium citrate), natural colouring (spirulina), coating (coconut oil and carnauba wax), melatonin, pyridoxine HCI.

Directions of use

Take 1 gummy a day 30 minutes to 1 hour before bedtime.
