The activity of NEOVITAL HEALTH, SL is based on the fundamental premise of offering and supplying safe and innocuous products for their entry into the food chain. A seal of identity that has characterised us since our beginnings and whose guarantee in terms of food safety is certified through the implementation of a Food Safety Management System based on the UNE-EN ISO 22000:2018 Standard.
Likewise, the General Management of NEOVITAL HEALTH, SL focuses this Food Safety Management System and the continuous improvement of its effectiveness towards the purpose of complying with legal and regulatory requirements, as well as with the requirements mutually agreed with customers on food safety.
In doing so, we ensure the maintenance of an effective communication system, both internally and externally, which ensures the availability of sufficient information regarding food safety, especially focused on the organisation's personnel. We are also committed to ensuring competencies related to food safety.
Therefore, the General Management bases its commitment to food safety on the following Food Safety Policy guidelines, which are fully supported by measurable objectives:
The proper implementation of the food safety system is everyone's responsibility and is supported and committed to by the General Management.
The improvement of food safety guarantees requires an improvement in resources, both human and material.
Product safety is one more characteristic of the product whose guarantee and compliance is our obligation.
This food safety policy is constantly evolving, so it is reviewed for its continuous adaptation, at least with regard to the Management Review of the System, while ensuring that the safety objectives set by the regulations are considered as a reference framework for establishing and reviewing these objectives.
The quality policy of NEOVITAL HEALTH, SL is the means that leads the organisation towards the improvement of its food safety management system, remaining permanently displayed in a visible place for the staff and communicated in the company committee every time it is revised so that it is implemented and maintained at all levels of the organisation.
